HeartMath sessions

Service Description

HeartMath® uses science-based healing techniques which are not only incredibly effective for individuals, but are also suited for frontline workers, hospital staff and law enforcement sectors, sports teams and anywhere where there is a need to control stressors in life. We offer this to individuals or groups of up to 10 (translation into Spanish or German can be provided, please mention beforehand). Learn about how your heart can change your life, how to use HeartMath® techniques to shift and control emotions and create a new and noticeable physiological change in your life. When you learn how to recognise when your thoughts and emotions are controlling you, the power to shift becomes yours. For groups, of up to 10 people, we offer a 3-hour workshop learning how and why we would want to use HeartMath® techniques. Work together in breakout sessions with different practices and see firsthand how our actions and even internal thinking can affect not only ourselves, but all around us. Learn how we can recognise, become coherent and shift these areas of our existence that hold us back from a life of joy, freedom and wishes fulfilled. Wrap up includes a question/answer period to instill understanding and confidence to practise techniques on your own. €65 per person for a group of up to 10 individuals.
